  • 1 cup milk for gravy

  2. Combine ground beef, crackers, milk, herbs, powders, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Form 1/2-inch-thick patties from the beef mixture.
  4. Coat each steak in flour, shaking off excess.
  5. Brown steaks in a skillet until golden on each side.
  6. Arrange steaks in a single layer in the baking dish.
  7. Whisk together soup and milk, pour over steaks.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more.
  9. Let rest before serving hot with your choice of sides.
