- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Combine ground beef, crackers, milk, herbs, powders, and spices in a bowl.
- Form 1/2-inch-thick patties from the beef mixture.
- Coat each steak in flour, shaking off excess.
- Brown steaks in a skillet until golden on each side.
- Arrange steaks in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Whisk together soup and milk, pour over steaks.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more.
- Let rest before serving hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
