- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Brown patties in skillet.
- Sauté onions and add flour.
- Whisk in broth and cream.
- Return patties to skillet.
- Bake covered at 350°F for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
